Pat Murfey, CCIM, has specialized in industrial and commercial real estate since 2001. In his first eighteen years in commercial real estate he has completed over $85 million worth of transactions representing over 14,532,274 square feet of property and 42 acres of land. In addition to his experience in the industrial and commercial real estate industry, Pat has thirty-three years experience as an architect.
Pat is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has served on the Kansas City chapter board since 2009. Pat served as a Central Industrial District Association (CIDA) Board Member from 2007 to 2010.
Pat was the Kansas City Business Journal Capstone Broker Award recipient in 2007 for his working in assembling an 11 acre site for Cargill Inc.'s $120 Million soybean crush plant expansion and new $40 Million Biodiesel facility in Kansas City, MO's Northeast Bottoms.
Pat attended the University of Missouri, Kansas City and received a Master of Business Administration in 1998. He received a Bachelor of Environmental Design in 1983 and Bachelor of Architecture in 1984 from the University of Kansas.
