Ryan Robertshaw brings a breadth of development knowledge from his prior experience in construction, site improvements, and real estate development.  His work as an Owner's Representative during construction projects brings a unique skill that allows Ryan to advise an owner/developer avoiding costly oversights.  Ryan's passion lies in increasing value transitioning vacant land into unique and profitable developments repurposing existing properties to reach their full potential.  Ryan listens and works to understand client needs and best match those with market realities to create the best outcome for all involved.

Prior to his move into commercial real estate brokerage and development, Ryan spent 10 years in the construction industry.  He started out in the high-end single family sector before working his way into the commercial sector including a $70 million government office complex project in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Following his time in the construction industry, Ryan spent seven years in real estate development working in many areas of the business, including retail center investment analysis and management, single family subdivisions, and multi-family site selection and entitlements.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska in 2006 and his Masters in Real Estate Development from Clemson University in 2010.

Ryan is a local chapter member of the Kansas City Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) chapter, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Northeast Johnson County Chamber of Commerce, and the Platte County EDC.

Ryan is a licensed broker / salesperson in Kansas and Missouri.
