Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR)

The SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS® is the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association.  With more than 3,300 members in 686 cities and 36 countries, SIOR represents today's most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.  SIOR has certified thousands of members with the prestigious SIOR designation, a professional symbol of the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Real estate professionals who have earned the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market. SIOR designees can hold the following specialty designations: industrial, office, industrial and office (dual), sales manager, executive manager, or advisory service.

Accredited Land Consultant (ALC)

Achieving the Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation requires successful completion of a rigorous education program and a proven track record of transaction performance. Becoming an ALC also requires a commitment to professional growth. ALC's are the most accomplished, most experienced, and highest performing land sales experts in real estate.

The REALTORS Land Institute confers the esteemed ALC designation to only those who have achieved the highest level of education, experience, and professionalism. Having the ALC designation gives clients confidence in their broker as the most qualified expert to help them buy/sell their land.
